Tia is a wife and mom of three who moved to Delaware almost 20 years ago. She loves spending time with her friends and family, eating good food, and playing games. She works at Fresh Start Cafe & Bakery in town and is always happy to see a familiar face come in!
She started on the events committee in 2021 and has since then become Co-Chair. She loves our community and city enormously and is so proud to be a small part of it!

A Quinn moved to Delaware, Ohio, in 2020 after discovering there was a local queer organization in the community. Knowing there was a place dedicated to supporting and uplifting LGBTQIA+ people made the decision to move an easy one. Quinn is a proud union electrician and values being part of a strong community both in their trade and locally.
Outside of work, Quinn is a spouse and a parent to three wonderful kids and two goofy hound dogs who love playing together and making the most of family time. They love the Buffalo Bills, watching suspenseful movies, hanging out with the people they love, and being around those who truly see and support them.
They care deeply about being involved in organizations that matter to them and about showing queer youth that they can grow up to be anything they want to be. Through visibility and community involvement, Quinn hopes to help create a future where LGBTQIA+ young people feel empowered to pursue their dreams.

Christa is a glass artist who moved to Delaware with her family four years ago to start her business, Seventh Circle Glass. She has since traveled across the country to teach glass art at multiple camps and events.

Jennie Recko (She/Her)

Jennie recently joined DOP as a board member and is beyond excited to be a part of such a meaningful and crucial group here in small-town Delaware, Ohio.
Jennie works as a clinical mental health counselor and clinical supervisor at a community mental health agency. She is passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults through their journeys of self-discovery and empowerment.
Jennie has lived here in Delaware (East Side, whoop whoop!) for about 7 years with her partner, 3 doggos, and 2 cats. She loves reading, cross-stitching, taking naps, quoting movies, playing Stardew Valley, eating good food, drinking good beer, and exploring new places.
Jennie loves watching Delaware evolve and grow as a community -- she can feel all the potential in Delaware to become even more of a safe and affirming space for all to live and love just as they are, and is happy to be a small part of this positive movement through the work of DOP.

Tiff Bowen (They/Them)

Tiff is a community leader, life coach, and advocate dedicated to inclusion and empowerment. At Creative Options, they strengthen partnerships and promotes person-centered care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. A passionate LGBTQIA+ advocate, Tiff works to create safe, affirming spaces and expand resources for their community. As a life coach, they help individuals unlock their potential and achieve personal growth. Their commitment to advocacy, mentorship, and leadership development makes them a driving force for positive change in both professional and community spaces.
Tiff enjoys spending time with their girlfriend and five children, watching all kinds of sports, and coaching athletes for Special Olympics. Their obsession with Star Wars is a bit alarming. They are good for a book, podcast, or song recommendation any time!
Gwen Jones (She/Her)

Gwen is a new Board Member who lives in Delaware and runs a glassblowing business. She is a retired social worker/counselor, who believes in supporting her community and living out loud. She is also the Treasurer for the Delaware African American Heritage Council.
In her spare time, Gwen watches world destruction movies on the sofa with her wife, Christa, and their dog, Howard. Occasionally she’ll get to make jewelry, travel, read, or cook. A really good day for Gwen includes fishing, shelling, swimming in the ocean, and finding the best rocks.
