Planning your Pride
Planning ahead makes the Pride Festival even more enjoyable.
Here are some tips to make your Pride a great experience!

What to bring
It's June, so make sure to bring enough water and SPF to protect yourself from the sun. Although DOP will have food vendors available, it might be a good idea to bring a light snack just in case. If you plan on watching our entertainment, it would be a good idea to bring a lawn chair or a blanket to sit on; umbrellas are permitted, but nothing bigger than a regular beach umbrella (there will be a designated area for those). Don't forget to bring your sunglasses and hand sanitizer as well.

Pride is better with friends
Coming alone is ok...but coming with your friends is even better! Bring your besties so you have someone to live, laugh, and love with for the memories!

Bring that money, honey
We have a variety of amazing vendors at our Pride Festival. Be sure to visit and support them, as they contribute to our Pride celebration. Most vendors accept credit cards, but it's always a good idea to have some cash on hand as well as to tip our entertainers.

Rideshare
There is limited parking in the vicinity of the park. We recommend using a ride-sharing service such as Uber or Lyft to alleviate parking issues.

Live here, be you
Delaware, Ohio is a great place to live. Please dress in Pride attire, but keep in mind that this is a family-friendly event.
